Fluid Cooling Systems
The operation of costly cooling water systems is one of the most wasteful procedures found in industry today. Water purchased, sewer discharge, EPA regulations, chemical treatment and maintenance are some of the high operating costs associated with most systems.
To compound the problem, very few industrial fluid cooling systems are well matched to their intended design use. The general perception is that if 85 degree water is good, 50 degree water must be better. This however it turns out is not the case. Using colder cooling fluids only adds cost to the process, so ensuring that colder cooling medium is necessary is a prudent step in the design and implementation of a fluid cooling system.
Once again Atlas Machine and Supply takes the systems approach to solving your industrial cooling problems. We understand that resolving the problem extends beyond understanding the individual system components, but rather how the various components work together to form the system.
