Our engineers work with you to ensure that you get the rebuild that you want and that you get the most out of your equipment. Atlas Machine uses state-of-the-art 3D modeling software to aid in the design or redesign of your equipment. Models and drawings of designs can be emailed or faxed to you for viewing before any machining is performed. This software also gives us the ability to analyze a part for areas of high stress and identify potential failure points before they become a problem in the field.

We can also reverse-engineer worn out or broken parts and produce new parts with a drawing for future reference. We can also redesign parts made as castings to be made as weldments, which gives the advantage of a short lead-time and a more repair-friendly design.
