David Abner has been a member of the Atlas Team since 1998. He is responsible for the Human Resources Department and corporate compliance issues (safety & environmental). Prior to joining Atlas, David was a professional firefighter having spent 27 years with Louisville Fire and Rescue, retiring as the Executive Assistant Chief responsible for Personnel & Safety.
