Our machining services are available all hours for any emergency that may occur either in your plant or in the field. Outside of normal business hours, if you have an emergency, you may call our office and page our on call foreman. Atlas takes your problems seriously and will do everything possible to facilitate getting your plant or equipment in service as soon as possible.

The Atlas Industrial Response Team is a group of highly experienced professionals who have made a personal commitment to provide the best service possible to our customers.

Averaging more than 11 years experience, our field service technicians receive extensive, ongoing Gardner Denver and Joy manufacturer-based training. Each service specialist is assigned a well stocked, fully equipped on 24-hour, seven-day-a-week basis. Because each van is stocked with a large selection of parts, most jobs can be completed on the initial service visit.

With a $1 million computerized inventory of over 100,000 parts, the Atlas Parts Department is the region's largest comprehensive resource. We are also backed by the huge Gardner Denver and Joy distribution center in Memphis, Tennessee. In addition to maintaining a vast selection of parts in three states for individual orders, the parts specialists make sure the vans are stocked. In fact it's not unusual for the parts specialists on call to get up in the middle of the night to get a part to the bus station or personally deliver a part to a field service technician on a midnight service call. This 24-hour-day, 365 days-a-year commitment sets Atlas apart. In addition, Gardner Denver and Joy offer full after-hours emergency parts support.
