Our fleet of Service Technicians are factory certified and consistently trained to maintain and troubleshoot your equipment needs correctly the first time. We can assist with the largest of repairs...or the most basic of maintenance.
We strive to give you the best service experience by following our Commandments of Service:
1. We will leave the work area clean and organized.
2. We will adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including both Atlas’ and site specific.
3. We will contact customer while in route to the jobsite in a professional manner reflective of Atlas Machine and Supply, Inc.
4. We will properly document the site visit using our Service Tags, Lubricant Placards, Warranty forms, Change Orders, Field Service Reports--all of which will include current conditions and additional repairs.
5. We will maintain a professional attitude when using either company or customer assets.
6. We will check in with customer before and after we begin work and will arrive onsite, at the time agreed upon by the customer, ready and prepared.
7. We will invoice to the amount of the purchase order authorized by customer.
8. We will offer rental equipment and additional services and products, when needed or requested, to better support production at the facility.
