2026 Employee Recognition Awards

The Atlas Employee Recognition Awards celebrate employees who exemplify the values that make Atlas stronger every day. Managers and Supervisors are invited to nominate 2 team members for the following awards: the Extreme Ownership Award or the Powered by People Award.

Please review the award descriptions below and submit your nomination using the appropriate form. Nominations should include specific examples that demonstrate how the employee embodies the characteristics of the selected award.
