Atlas Machine & Supply is proud to recognize the graduation of Leadership Forge Class 003, marking another milestone in the company's continued investment in developing leaders at every level of the organization.

The year-long Leadership Forge program is designed to strengthen leadership capabilities across Atlas by equipping participants with practical tools to lead teams, solve problems, communicate effectively, and take ownership in every aspect of their work. Built around the principles of accountability, humility, discipline, and teamwork, the program reflects Atlas' commitment to developing people who lead through action rather than title.

Leadership Forge Class 003 includes: Hunter Boroff, Jimmy Goff, Natalie Wheeler, Thomas Tyrrell, Michael Kennedy, and Lindsay Fields.
As part of their capstone experience, the class traveled to San Diego, California to attend Echelon Front's Muster 025 leadership conference. The event brought together leaders from organizations across a wide range of industries to learn from military leadership principles and practical business applications centered around Extreme Ownership.
Throughout the conference, participants attended presentations and breakout sessions focused on leading through uncertainty, building stronger teams, improving communication, and making sound decisions under pressure. The experience challenged attendees to evaluate how leadership principles can be applied both inside and outside the workplace while reinforcing lessons developed throughout the Leadership Forge curriculum.
The Muster experience served as the culmination of months of learning, discussion, and personal development, giving participants the opportunity to connect classroom concepts with real-world leadership examples.

Leadership Forge Class 003 officially graduated from the program, joining a growing group of Atlas leaders who have completed Leadership Forge since its launch.
"Leadership isn't reserved for managers or executives - it's something we expect and develop throughout our entire organization," said Erick Lawson, Chief Executive Officer of Atlas Machine & Supply. "Leadership Forge continues to strengthen our people by giving them practical tools to take ownership, support their teams, and make Atlas better every day."
Congratulations to Jimmy, Hunter, Lindsay, Michael, Natalie, and Thomas on this outstanding accomplishment. Their dedication to continuous growth and leadership exemplifies Atlas' commitment to investing in its people and building the next generation of leaders.
